Keith Klovers is a Judicial Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Mr. Klovers has also served as an economic consultant at Criterion Economics and Empiris, where he helped prepare expert testimony in antitrust, finance, and telecommunications matters.
