Having studied at the University of Cambridge, Guillaume Blanc graduated from the University of Paris 2 – Panthéon-Assas in 2015, with a degree in European Union Law and Litigation. He worked for the legal service of the French Prime Minister’s office specialised in EU affairs (SGAE), and got experience at the General Court, in the White & Case Paris office, as well as Jones Day and Willkie Farr & Gallagher in Brussels. He is currently completing the Paris Bar school.
