Carlo Edoardo Cazzato is the coordinator of the Antitrust & Regulatory practice of Lipani Catricalà & Partners. He assists clients on a wide range of issues under European and Italian antitrust law, competition law, merger control law and consumer law. He acquired a wide experience in TLC and regulated sectors. Specifically, in addition to the public enforcement cases its practice is focused on private enforcement proceedings before domestic courts. He is a regular lecturer on competition law issues at various academic institutions (e.g. Università degli Studi di Bari e LUISS Guido Carli) and contributor at the Observatory for Competition at the University of Trento. In addition, he is author of several articles on competition and antitrust law. Under Chambers and Partners (Europe - Italy, Competition/European Law) 2018, he is "Associate to watch" on the basis of the following arguments: Carlo Edoardo Cazzato of Lipani Catricalà & Partners assists clients with disputes before the Italian Competition Authority and administrative courts, concerning anti-competitive activity.
