Alastair Mordaunt is a partner at Freshfields where he heads up the competition practice in Hong Kong. His practice covers advising clients on Hong Kong competition law matters, and merger control and antitrust matters in China and across South East Asia. Alastair is a frequent speaker at international conferences on competition matters, and has authored a number of publications on competition issues. Alastair is ranked in both Chambers and Who’s Who Legal.“”
