Molly Herron had been a senior associate and professional support lawyer within Herbert Smith’s Competition, Regulation and Trade group, based in London. She has previously worked in Herbert Smith’s Brussels office. Molly holds a law degree and LLM from the University of Cambridge. Molly practiced in all areas of EU and UK competition law, including merger control, anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominant position, and competition litigation, and has particular experience in advising clients in the energy sector.
