Jacob Borum is Assistant Head of Division in the Division responsible for media, trade, health care/pharmaceuticals and foods in the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority. He has previously spent several years in private practice in both Copenhagen and Brussels advising clients in relation to EU and Danish competition law, notably cartel investigations, distribution agreements and licensing agreements. He has also advised clients on abuse of dominance in a number of sectors including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications and information technology. He has extensive experience in respect of the interface between IPR and competition law.
