Prior to joining Van Bael & Bellis as an associate in 2005, Helen Palmer worked in the Paris head office of a listed French company. Before that, she worked as UK-qualified solicitor at the London office of an international law firm. Helen’s practice at Van Bael & Bellis focuses on all aspects of EU and UK competition law including merger control, distribution arrangements, cartels, pricing and other abuse of dominance issues, intellectual property and state aid. Helen also advises on questions of UK data protection law. Helen speaks English and French.
