Hazel Yin is a Partner at the International Trade and Antitrust & Competition Group of King & Wood Mallesons. Ms. Yin’s current practice includes: representing clients to obtain antitrust clearance from MOFCOM; providing antitrust and anti-unfair competition compliance advice on business models, distribution arrangements, pricing policies, etc.; conducting antitrust training and in-house audits; advising clients in antitrust civil litigations. She has advised multinationals in a variety of industries, including semiconductor, mining, agriculture, automobile, beverages, high-tech, trading, telecommunications, distribution, aircraft leasing, chemical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing.
