European Competition Journal (ECJ)
Hart Publishing launched the peer-reviewed European Competition Journal in spring 2005. There are three to four scholarly articles of 8-10,000 words with footnotes per issue and shorter articles or analysis from anywhere in the world, including analysis of new legislation, and lengthy review articles dealing with new publications. Competition Policy International (CPI)
Competition Policy International is a peer-reviewed journal on global competition policy. It is published twice a year in the spring and autumn and is run by its editor-in-chief, Richard Schmalensee (Dean of MIT’s Sloan School of Management), and an independent board of editors that consists of leading antitrust scholars, judges, practitioners, and policymakers who ensure the journal’s quality, balance, and objectivity. European Journal of Law and Economics
The European Journal of Law and Economics (Springer group) publishes analytical studies on the impact of legal interventions into economic processes by legislators, courts and regulatory agencies. There is an emphasis on European Community law and the comparative analysis of legal structures and legal problem solutions in member states of the European Community. FTC:WATCH is a fortnightly newsletter published 22 times a year. Started in 1976 by former FTC employees, it is a comprehensive, independent newsletter specializing in coverage of the Federal Trade Commission, Justice Department’s Antitrust Division, State Attorneys General and Congress. It offers in-depth analysis of the most current news surrounding mergers and acquisitions, consumer protection and trade regulation. No e-Tocs, no archives.

The Journal of Law, Economics, and Organization (Oxford University Press) is an interdisciplinary exercise. It seeks to promote an understanding of many complex phenomena by examining such matters from a combined law, economics, and organization perspective (or a two-way combination thereof). In this connection, we use the term organization broadly - to include scholarship drawing on political science, psychology and sociology, among other fields.
